الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق (فورية)

افتح تطبيق Golden Talent وسجّل الدخول بحسابك.

انتقل إلى تبويب الملف الشخصي (بطاقة اللاعب).

انزل لأسفل الصفحة واضغط «حذف الحساب نهائياً».

٤

أكّد الحذف — يُحذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية مباشرة.

الطريقة الثانية: عبر البريد الإلكتروني

إذا لم تستطع الدخول إلى التطبيق، أرسل رسالة إلى muhammadmagablih@gmail.com بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب»، متضمنة رقم الجوال المسجّل به الحساب. نُنفّذ الحذف خلال ٣٠ يوماً كحد أقصى بعد التحقق من هويتك.

ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يُحتفظ به؟

  • يُحذف نهائياً: الملف الشخصي (الاسم، رقم الجوال، الصورة)، تفضيلات اللاعب، سجل الحضور والحجوزات، التقييمات، رموز الإشعارات، وبيانات تسجيل الدخول.
  • يُحتفظ به مؤقتاً بحكم النظام: الفواتير الضريبية وسجلات المدفوعات — تُلزم هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك بالاحتفاظ بالسجلات المالية لمدة قد تصل إلى ١٠ سنوات. تُحفظ منفصلةً دون ربطها بهويتك ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض آخر.
⚠️ الحذف لا يمكن التراجع عنه — تفقد رصيد الحصص المتبقي في اشتراكك. يمكنك التسجيل لاحقاً بنفس رقم الجوال ببيانات جديدة تماماً.

Method 1: In the app (immediate)

Open the Golden Talent app and sign in.

Go to the Profile tab (player card).

Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account permanently".

Confirm — your account and personal data are deleted immediately.

Method 2: By email

If you cannot access the app, email muhammadmagablih@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request", including the phone number registered on the account. Deletion is completed within 30 days at most after identity verification.

What is deleted, and what is kept?

  • Deleted permanently: profile (name, phone number, photo), player preferences, attendance and booking history, ratings, notification tokens, and login credentials.
  • Retained temporarily as required by law: tax invoices and payment records — Saudi tax regulations (ZATCA) require keeping financial records for up to 10 years. They are stored separately, unlinked from your identity, and used for no other purpose.
⚠️ Deletion is irreversible — any remaining session credit in your subscription is lost. You may register again later with the same phone number, starting completely fresh.
