أكاديمية Golden Talent («الأكاديمية»، «نحن») أكاديمية كرة قدم سعودية معتمدة من وزارة الرياضة وحاصلة على شهادة نافس. هذه السياسة تحكم تطبيق «Golden Talent» للجوال وموقع thegoldentalent.com، وتوضح البيانات التي نجمعها وسبب جمعها وكيفية حمايتها وحقوقك بشأنها، التزاماً بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية (PDPL).

| الموقع الجغرافي | يُطلب مرة واحدة عند مسح رمز الحضور (QR) للتأكد من تواجدك في الملعب. لا تتبع في الخلفية، ولا يُعرض موقعك لأي مستخدم آخر. |
| رمز الإشعارات | إرسال إشعارات التطبيق: تذكير الحصص، تنبيه التجديد، ومستجدات الأكاديمية. |
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها لإعلانات طرف ثالث، ولا نتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.
نشارك الحد الأدنى الضروري فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمة الذين يشغّلون التطبيق: الاستضافة السحابية لقاعدة البيانات، خدمة رسائل التحقق، بوابة الدفع المرخّصة، وخدمة الإشعارات. كل مزوّد ملزم تعاقدياً بحماية بياناتك واستخدامها لتشغيل الخدمة فقط. وقد نفصح عن بيانات إذا ألزمنا النظام أو جهة قضائية مختصة بذلك.
حسابات التطبيق لمن هم بعمر ١٣ عاماً فأكثر. بالنسبة للاعبين الأصغر سناً، يتولى ولي الأمر إنشاء الحساب وإدارة الاشتراك ومتابعة التطور نيابة عنهم. لا نجمع بيانات عمداً من أطفال دون السن النظامية دون موافقة ولي الأمر.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تطوير التطبيق أو تغيّر المتطلبات النظامية. سننشر أي تحديث في هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث»، وننبهك داخل التطبيق عند التغييرات الجوهرية.

Golden Talent Academy ("the Academy", "we") is a Saudi football academy accredited by the Ministry of Sport and holder of the Nafes certificate. This policy governs the "Golden Talent" mobile app and thegoldentalent.com. It explains what data we collect, why, how we protect it, and your rights — in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

| Location | Requested once, at QR check-in only, to confirm you are at the pitch. No background tracking; your location is never shown to other users. |
| Push token | Sending app notifications: session reminders, renewal alerts, and academy updates. |
We never sell your data, never use it for third-party advertising, and never track you across other apps or websites.
We share only the minimum necessary with the service providers who run the app: cloud database hosting, SMS verification, the licensed payment gateway, and push-notification delivery. Each provider is contractually bound to protect your data and use it solely to operate the service. We may disclose data where required by law or by a competent judicial authority.
App accounts are for users aged 13 and above. For younger players, a parent or guardian creates the account and manages the membership and progress on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the statutory age without guardian consent.
We may update this policy as the app evolves or regulations change. Updates are published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and we notify you in the app of material changes.
